Harness the power of donation tax credits and gift them back to charity
Our vision is simple, like our service.
TaxGift provides charities with a simple and easy platform to offer their donors the ability to automatically donate their tax credit back to that charity.
For each of your donors that opts in to TaxGift, we claim the available tax credit for that donation and pass it directly back to you, boosting the original donation by up to 33 - 47%.
Directly and indirectly through our partnership with Givealittle
TaxGift has now successfully integrated into a number of charities, and is looking to help as many charities as possible. Recently we teamed up with Givealittle to help charities on their platform too. So, regardless of size, if you are a New Zealand charity, religious organisation, school or other approved donee, TaxGift is accessible for you and your donors.
If you're a charity that fundraises through Givealittle or a donor that donates to charities through Givealittle, tax credits on those donations can easily be gifted to charity through our new TaxGift and Givealittle partnership. We are really excited to be part of the Givealittle family, and have Givealittle as part of the TaxGift family.
TaxGift provides a simple and secure service to charities, integrating with Inland Revenue to claim a tax credit.
TaxGift receives the refund on behalf of the charity and donates it to back to the charity as a further donation. This means your original donation is amplified by 33.33%, being the tax credit amount, and is magnified further as each subsequent qualifying tax credit is re-gifted to your original charity each tax year, up to approximately 47% of the original donation. Charities pay only a small fee for our service of integrating with Inland Revenue to claim these tax credits, and your original donation goes through untouched, as per the usual manner of donation.
